Course Contents
Two half-day workshops with hands-on exercises to improve visualization, communication and teamwork skills.
With the over-all goal to improve and apply drawing as a design tool to analyze and communicate (complex) information visually within your team.
Study Goals
-Improve and apply basic hand drawing skills for rapid visualization.
-Building a visual story using 'vocabulary' (drawings) and 'grammar' (visual structures, templates and communication techniques).
-Being able to design a visual template as a tool/prototype to ask input from others.
-Being able to analyze complex information using drawings.
-Being able to use drawing skills in a real-world case with team members and a client company.
Education Method
-Day1: Hands-on individual and team-handdrawing exercises and test cases. You will also receive theory on structuring visual information.
-Day2: Application of visualisation skills in a real-life case in teams. Started by visual brainstorming, ending with brief presentations. Live feedback during the workshop.
Assessment
The masterclass is compulsory and interactive participation is required.
